A Cleveland man has been charged after deputies said he sexually abused an 8-year-old child. The investigation into 21-year-old Noah Gabriel Vanhoy began after the Rowan County Sheriff’s Office received reports of ongoing sexual abuse of an 8-year-old on Nov. 8, according to a release from the sheriff’s office.
