Clearfield delays vote on charging for Skills Game machine licenses

CLEARFIELD, Pa. (WTAJ)-- The Clearfield Borough Council was set to vote Thursday night on a new ordinance that would require businesses to apply for a license to operate Pennsylvania Skills Game machines. However, the council decided not to vote on anything at the meeting, as not enough members were present to form a quorum.
