Looksmaxxing Influencer Clavicular Reaches Deal in Alligator Shooting Case
Braden Peters and Andrew Morales avoided jail time and must complete probation, community service and firearm safety courses after the Everglades shooting video case.
On Friday, controversial 'looksmaxxing' influencer Braden Eric Peters, known online as Clavicular, and Andrew Morales pleaded no contest to unlawfully discharging a firearm in public, avoiding jail time in the alligator shooting case.
Video footage posted on social media in March depicted Peters and Morales on an airboat at the Francis S. Taylor Everglades Wildlife Management Area discharging firearms toward an alligator in the water.
Under the plea agreement, both men received six months of probation and must complete 20 hours of community service that "cannot be streamed or monetised", along with firearm and wildlife safety courses, officials said.
Attorney Jeffrey Neiman stated Peters "accepted responsibility for his conduct," while co-defendant Yabdiel Anibal Cotto Torres, known as "Baby Alien," is scheduled to enter a plea on May 20.
This resolution follows recent legal challenges for Peters, including a battery arrest in Fort Lauderdale and a hospitalization in Miami last month after a suspected overdose.
