WINCHESTER, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) – A Winchester man accused of killing a woman back in 2021 is set to be sentenced Thursday morning. Police say 39-year-old Steven McGuire admitted to shooting 34-year-old Sheila Smith inside an apartment building on North Main Street in Winchester.
