Washington, Dec 17 (EFE).- The Organization of American States (OAS) this Wednesday condemned the escalation of armed violence in Colombia and called for dialogue at a time when the President's Government, Gustavo Petro, maintains rapprochement with the Gulf Clan, the largest Colombian criminal gang, for a peace negotiation.
