COAL GROVE, OH (WOWK) -- A person has been arrested after "firework making materials" were found inside a Coal Grove home early Monday morning. The Village of Coal Grove issued a Facebook statement on the arrest and said the explosions many may have heard in the early morning hours were the sounds of the Coal Grove Fire Department safely detonating the materials.
