City sells land to be used for affordable housing by Wyoming Housing Network

CASPER, Wyo. — The Wyoming Housing Network will be able to provide more affordable housing in Casper, after the Casper City Council on Tuesday approved the sale of roughly 4 acres of land to the organization.
