City of Bainbridge disputes gas leak investigation’s findings

The City of Bainbridge has responded to a Georgia Public Service Commission report that it allegedly failed to investigate and notify regulators about a flash fire and gas leak at the Landmark Apartments between April 28-29. In a Dec. 30 letter to the commission, Natural Gas Superintendent Kevin Maxwell said the city “disagrees” with the state regulator’s findings.
