On the 17th, the Naha City Election Administration Commission announced that it had mistakenly issued ballots for the city council election to three voters who came to an early polling station for the House of Councillors election. The three had already moved outside the city and were not eligible to vote in the city council election. All of the erroneous ballots were issued at the Aeon Naha store, with two cases on the 15th and one on the 16th.
