City council yet to approve funding for Mill Creek Park sewer project

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) -- Youngstown City Council is being asked to approve a loan of up to $43 million from the Environmental Protection Agency to pay for the Mill Creek Park Interceptor Sewer Project.
