City Council approves moving of funds
Williamson City Council met for the first time since the major flooding that hit Williamson on Thursday. At the meeting, the council voted to put half of their opioid settlement check, $45,234.98, into their general fund account to help with lost revenues and budgets. City Attorney Nathan Brown wrote and read off the legalities of the vote, and it was voted unanimously for approval.
