The city of Graham will be repurposing two electric generators and purchasing three more to use in case of a power outage at the water treatment plant.The Graham City Council approved Thursday, May 22 the transfer of $700,000 from the Lakes Fund to the Water Capital Fund in support of the purchase of three electrical generators for the city’s water treatment plant.
