Citizens Angered By City’s Spraying Of Herbicides

In the immediate vicinity of a Natura 2000 and locally protected area, the third incident of nature damage worth several million forints with herbicides or other chemicals has occurred since the spring of 2022. The perpetrators have not been found. The area is registered as intended for development, but its owners cannot begin construction of a residential park precisely because thousands of protected plants and animals live there.
