Tijuana.- Through a public position, the City Council of Public Security of the State of Baja California condemned the murder of the director and founder of a marketing agency, Alan Román Miranda Valencia, murdered on July 2 during an attempted kidnapping in the Cacho colony. The communiqué was issued after the publication of a special report by PUNTO NORTE that gave details about the crime.
