New Chipotle in Bethlehem set to open by end of week

Chipotle Mexican Grill fans won’t have to wait too much longer for the region’s newest site to open its doors.Joe Posh, managing partner of developer Posh Properties, told lehighvalleylive.com Wednesday if all goes well, the site at 2555 Easton Ave. in Bethlehem should be open by the end of the week. There are tentative plans for doors to open sometime Friday, Posh said.

Chipotle announces opening date for new Bethlehem location

Chipotle Mexican Grill will open its first location in Bethlehem later this week. The taco, burrito and salad chain will open Friday at 2555 Easton Ave. in Bethlehem, spokesperson Annie Gradinger said. Other menu items include burrito bowls, quesadillas, chips, guacamole, soda, lemonade and beer. It’ll operate 10:45 a.m. to 10 p.m. all week, and feature a drive-thru lane to pick up online orders.
