WILLIAMSPORT — A Chinese national with degrees from Penn State and Cornell is likely to be deported after pleading guilty in a nationwide computer hacking scam that cost victims some $10 million.Hanlin Yang, 25, pleaded guilty Friday in U.S. Middle District Court to a charge of conspiracy to commit wire fraud.
