Chinese jet carried out 'aggressive' maneuver near US military plane, Pentagon says

The US military has accused a Chinese fighter pilot of an "unnecessarily aggressive" maneuver during an intercept over the South China Sea last week, which forced a US RC-135 plane to fly through its wake turbulence.
In December, a Chinese military plane came within 20ft of a US Air Force aircraft and forced it to take evasive action to avoid a collision in international airspace.
The US Indo-Pacific Command Public Affairs Office stated that the US will continue to operate safely and responsibly in international airspace, and expects all countries in the Indo-Pacific region to do the same.
