China appointed Hu Changsheng as the Communist Party secretary of Tibet and he becomes the region's top political official while replacing Wang Junzheng, state news agency Xinhua reported on Tuesday.
The Party secretaries of the three provinces and autonomous regions of Tibet, Gansu, and Qinghai were replaced simultaneously.
