Zhang Wenpeng, 32 years old, has been in prison since September 2024 presumably for offering confusion to a person accused of corruption in Sanya. He would have been chained up for seven days and can not meet freely his attorney of trust. In February 2023 he had signed a petition asking for the abolition of the crime of "provoking quarrels and causing disorders" used against dissidents and for which he himself was now indicted.
