Of the total number of foreigners, 16 had a judicial expulsion order, while 46 left the country by administrative expulsion.
The plane left Santiago and will make a stopover in Iquique, in the north of the country, to pick up other passengers before continuing to their final destinations. According to the available information, 41 people boarded the flight in the Chilean capital, while the remaining 21 will climb from Iquique. All passengers travel accompanied by officers of the Investigative Police (PDI).
The operation allowed 62 foreign nationals to be expelled to Bolivia, Colombia and Ecuador, including persons with a record for crimes such as homicide, kidnapping with rape, drug trafficking and violent robbery.
