Children Won the War over the Estate Against Zygmunt Solorz

The dispute over control of the PLN 8.5 billion estate built by Zygmunt Solorz has entered a new phase. The billionaire's children — Aleksandra Żak, Tobias Solorz and Piotr Żak — have issued a statement indicating that a court in Liechtenstein has dismissed the billionaire's lawsuit challenging the transfer of control over the foundation managing the estate to them.

The princely court in Liechtenstein dismissed the claim of Zygmunt Solorz, and thus recognized the succession as irrevocable — according to a statement by the children of the Polish billionaire: Aleksandra Żak, Tobias Solorz and Piotr Żak.
