The 11-year-old boy João Lucas Castor Nemezio Sales received hospital discharge on Monday (6), after spending more than a month in the Hospital da Restauration, in Recife. He was the victim of a shark attack on Piedade Beach, in Jaboatão dos Guararapes, in the Metropolitan Region of Recife. The boy's left leg had to be amputated, and the family mobilized a solidarity cow to raise resources for the costs of recovery.
