An Oslo court today again rejected an appeal filed by right-wing extremist Anders Behring Breivik over alleged inhumane prison conditions. The second-instance court, in rejecting the appeal, upheld last year's first-instance decision and ruled that prison conditions did not violate the European Convention on Human Rights.
