A First Grade Magistrate’s Court in Chikwawa has ordered a 30-year-old man to pay K700,000 after finding him guilty of operating a clinic without a permit. Chikwawa Police spokesperson Dickson Matemba said the court heard that Francis Kagone was running a clinic at Maperera Market without the required certification.
