CHEYENNE, Wyo. — A 21-year-old Cheyenne man is facing misdemeanor charges after leading police on a high-speed chase Thursday. Sgt. Harley Kalb of the Laramie County Sheriff’s Office reported seeing a motorcycle traveling west on Interstate 80 near mile marker 362 moving at 101 mph in the 65 mph zone.
