CHEYENNE, Wyo. — A Cheyenne man is facing criminal charges after reportedly threatening a woman with a knife and slashing a tent she was occupying at a local park. Casey Donovan Ott, 31, is charged with aggravated assault threat with a weapon. Prosecutors have added a misdemeanor property destruction charge to the case. Bond has been set at $7,500 cash.
