LINCOLN COUNTY, Wash. — A Cheney man died Friday after suffering a medical emergency while driving on I-90, the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office reported. Barry R. Strieff, 74, was driving west near milepost 251, about seven miles east of Sprague, when his vehicle entered the center median and came to rest, the sheriff’s office said.
