MISSION, Texas – Texas Agriculture Commissioner Sid Miller and U.S. Rep. Monica De La Cruz recently held a press conference to announce drought relief funding for Rio Grande Valley farmers through the 1944 Water Treaty Agricultural Assistance Program.  The event was held at the offices of Texas Citrus Mutual in Mission.
