A Massachusetts man was arraigned Tuesday and held without bail in connection with a shootout with police officers that left one bystander injured.Jailson Andrade, a 44-year-old Brockton resident, was arraigned in Brockton District Court on more than a dozen charges ranging from assault with intent to murder and assault with a dangerous weapon to traffic violations, according to the Plymouth County District Attorney’s Office.
