The changes concerning activists of the Confederation of the Polish Crown are related to Grzegorz Braun's decision in January to run - contrary to the party's arrangements - in this year's presidential elections.

The Confederation Congress has excluded Włodzimierz Skalik and Robert Iwaszkiewicz from the Council of Leaders of the group. The decision is related to their support for the candidacy of Grzegorz Braun. This is not the end of the changes.

The Confederation Congress made changes to the party's structures on Saturday. None of the activists from the Confederation of the Polish Crown, whose president is MEP Grzegorz Braun, who was removed from the party in January, sit on its Leaders' Council any more, MP Witold Tumanowicz told PAP.
