E.ON is selling its Czech subsidiary, Gas Distribution s.r.o., to GasNet, a subsidiary of the Czech ČEZ Group, the German utility announced on Friday.

ČEZ has signed a deal to purchase the gas distribution network in the Vysočina and South Bohemia region. It was put on the market by E.ON. ČEZ will now control all the pipes in the country, up to Prague.
