Cesar and Norelia were released

On 25 April 2025, Cesar and Norelia were released from the detention centres for migrants where they were, their habeas corpus applications having been accepted, and they found their children a few days later. The judicial decision in their favour, the first of its kind since the Supreme Court authorized the use of the Foreign Enemies Act, points out that the government did not provide the necessary elements to qualify them as "foreign enemies".
