Central Arkansas Water to seek funds for more service line connections in Ferndale area | Northwest Arkansas Democrat-Gazette

Central Arkansas Water's board of commissioners on Thursday voted to prepare to issue up to $1.2 million in water revenue bonds to install service-line connections with low to moderate-income households within the utility's expanded service area in western Pulaski County.
