UPDATE: Local police say a wayward deer was to blame for traffic getting squeezed near Lake Dore on Thursday morning. The Upper Ottawa Valley OPP were sent to County Road 41 (Lake Dore Road) at the bridge over Lake Dore near County Road 30 at 7:00 am after a driver swerved to avoid a deer, leaving the roadway and landing in the ditch.
