Santo Domingo, 2 Jul (Prensa Latina) Dominican President Luis Abinader inaugurated today the new headquarters of the Specialized Emergency and Disaster Mitigation Corps (Cemed) of the Ministry of Defense, a work that strengthens the capacity of the State to respond to high-impact situations.
