CELEC EP awards USD 500 thousand to a failed contractor - Ecuador en Directo

The denunciation of a current contract by Termogas Machala with a failed supplier for the maintenance of the turbines located in Bajo Alto, has motivated the National Public Procurement Service to require information from the entity, in addition to causing discomfort among several officials who have demarcated responsibility in the act.
