Cedaredge: Southeast Fourth Street property wins zone change, slated for multi-generational housing

The Cedaredge Board of Trustees approved Nederland-based developer Ian Oeser’s request to rezone a property on Southeast Fourth Street from low-density residential to medium-density residential, but only by a slim margin. The request passed 4-3.
