Cecut will host third edition of party Arte Nuumei

Tijuana, May 7. For the third consecutive year, the Centro Cultural Tijuana (Cecut) will host the festival Arte Nuumei “El tequio made art”, a festival of the Ñuu Savi people or Mixteca community settled in Baja California.
