- On Saturday, the Central Board of Secondary Education declared Class 10 Second Board Examination results, bringing the academic year's overall pass percentage to 96.78% after combining both exam outcomes.
- In accordance with the National Education Policy 2020, CBSE introduced two board examinations for Class 10 starting in 2026, with the second exams held from May 15 to May 21 following the main board examinations conducted from February 17 to March 11.
- Of the 513,955 students who appeared for improvement, 59.95% succeeded, while 149,822 candidates in the compartment category achieved a 52.40% pass percentage, up from 48.68% in 2025.
- Students can access individual results through the DigiLocker Results Portal or official websites including cbse.gov.in and results.cbse.nic.in, while school administrators will receive school-wise results via registered email IDs.
