Isaiah Quenton Dean Ward, 17 of Cave Spring, was arrested this week behind the Goodwill store on Hicks Drive when police said they found him in possession of a stolen car and a firearm. Reports said that Ward stole a 45-year-old man’s 2023 Toyota Highlander before driving it to the location. Police stated that Ward refused to step out of the vehicle despite numerous requests to do so. Source
