Cave City car-flipping case forwarded to grand jury
By MICHAEL CRIMMINS Glasgow News 1 Roy Spiker had his case forwarded to a Barren County grand jury after his district court appearance on Sept. 4. The 76-year old was arrested by Cave City police on Aug. 23 when he used a park skid steer to flip several vehicles at Treasure Trove Park in Cave City.
