LOGAN COUNTY, WV (WOWK) — Two parents were arrested Monday for allegedly locking away their autistic daughter. According to the criminal complaint, Logan County residents Joshua Moore, 35, and Tiffany Moore, 32, are each being charged with child neglect resulting in injury and maltreatment of a disabled child.
