According to the criminal complaint, Logan County residents Joshua Moore, 35, and Tiffany Moore, 32, are each being charged with child neglect resulting in injury and maltreatment of a disabled child. April 21st 2025 – A Catoosa County couple were tried by jury the week of March 24, 2025 for the offenses of Cruelty to Children in the 1st Degree (2 counts) and Cruelty to Children in the 2nd Degree (2 counts).
