YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) -- Catholic Charities is kicking off its annual Year-End Giving Campaign, a 60-day effort to help families in need across the Mahoning Valley. The campaign begins Nov. 1 and runs through the end of the year, a time when the organization says many families struggle the most.
