WASHINGTON — Cathanna L. “Cathy” Lowe Jackson, 62, of Washington, died January 31, 2025 at Maine Medical Center in Portland. Cathy was born July 10, 1962 in Halifax, Nova Scotia to John Arthur Lowe and Maysie Mason Lowe.
