The Quezon City Prosecutor’s Office has recommended that Catanduanes Governor Patrick Allain Azanza be granted bail after the prosecutor found sufficient grounds to charge him with cyberlibel.
Based on the resolution of City Prosecutor Vimar Barcellano, Azanza’s bail for temporary freedom was set at P48,000 in connection with the complaint filed by Jeric O. Cua, president of Powerzone Petroleum Products Corporation.
