The Official Veterinary Services (SVO) of the Generalitat have reported two new outbreaks of African swine fever (PPA) in wild boars after the discovery of 18 dead animals infected with the virus in Cerdanyola del Vallès (Barcelona) and, therefore, within the high risk zone that was delimited last November after the appearance of the first cases.
The cases recorded since the beginning amount to 47 out of a total of 530 animals analyzed, according to the Ministry of Agriculture
