CASS COUNTY – Cass County Engineer Trent Wolken told the Cass County Board of Supervisors on Tuesday that the N28 resurfacing project is “99% done.”

(Cass Co) Cass County Engineer Trent Wolken provided a report to the Cass County Board of Supervisors this morning. Wolken said work on N28 between Highway 83 and Highway 92 is 99-percent complete. He said they just have to install rumble strips and go through a punch list of final items.
