CASS COUNTY, Texas (KETK) -- Charles and Sue Snowden's Cass County tree farm was recognized by the Texas Forestry Association as the Outstanding Tree Farm of the Year for 2025. Tyler ISD LINK students stepping into the future after graduation The Snowdens bought the 113-acre tree farm back in 1994 and decided to build a house on the land in 2017. Before the Snowdens, the farm had been clear cut and reseeded at a rate of 691 trees per acre.…
