Casper walking trail project secures AARP funding to improve dog safety at Morad Park

CASPER, Wyo. — The City of Casper secured a $15,000 flagship grant, part of a statewide funding package announced by AARP, to stabilize an existing interior walking trail at Morad Park to steer pets and owners away from the river.
