Casper man accused of firing shots at neighbor through ceiling

CASPER, Wyo. — Casper police arrested a 26-year-old man last week after finding four bullet holes in his ceiling. According to the report, the officers believed he fired at places where the neighbor above was walking.   Travis Eugene Nelson heard the charge of aggravated assault and battery in circuit court last Friday.
